1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FLipKorea Co., LTD regarding your access to and use of the website https://www.flipkorea.com, as well as related services, mobile applications, and any other associated platforms (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant FLipKorea a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display them for any lawful purpose. You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
8. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Reviews must be:

Free of profanity, discriminatory, or unlawful content

Honest and not misleading

Independent (no conflict of interest)
We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
9. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-transferable license to use our mobile app in accordance with these Terms. This includes compliance with Apple and Google app store rules. You may not reverse engineer or exploit the app beyond authorized usage.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA
You may link your FlipKorea account to third-party social media platforms. We may access information from those platforms as authorized by you and governed by their respective terms.
11. SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide become our sole property. You waive any rights to compensation or recognition.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE AND CONTENT
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on our Site or third-party content displayed. Access to these sites is at your own risk.
13. ADVERTISERS
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to display content and sell products or services through the Website . FLipKorea is not liable for advertiser claims or content.
14. SITE MANAGEMENT
We may monitor, modify, or remove content at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.flipkorea.com/privacy-policy. By using the Website , you consent to data collection and processing under South Korean law.
16. COPYRIGHT POLICY
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact theflipkorea@gmail.com with a valid DMCA notice. We reserve the right to remove infringing content.
17. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Website . We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
18. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the Seoul District Courts.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in English, under the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) rules. Arbitration is binding and confidential.
21. CORRECTIONS
We may correct any errors or omissions on the Website without prior notice.
22. DISCLAIMER
The Website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
FLipKorea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or KRW 100,000, whichever is less.
24. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify FLipKorea and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
25. USER DATA
While we back up data regularly, you are responsible for your own data and agree not to hold us liable for any loss.
26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to electronic communications, including notices, agreements, and disclosures.
27. KOREAN AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
Users from outside South Korea consent to data processing under Korean law and waive any conflicting rights under their jurisdiction.
28. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
