Updated: Aug 25

South Korea is one of Asia’s most dynamic environments for startups, especially in the tech and creative sectors. The Korean government supports foreign entrepreneurs through a unique visa system that begins with the D-10-2 Startup Visa and progresses to the D-8-4 Technology Startup Visa. This pathway allows you to live and build your business in Korea long-term.

This guide covers every step in your journey:

  • Applying for the D-8-4 visa
