Starting July 2026, Seoul Metro introduced a home delivery service for eligible lost items.
More than 167,000 items were reported lost on Seoul's subway network last year, roughly one item every three minutes. The new service was created to help commuters, travelers, and residents who cannot visit a lost & found center during weekday operating hours.
