신규발급 (New Issue) → if you are applying for the first time
재발급 (Reissue) → if you had one before but need to retrieve it
3) Verify Your Identity
You will be asked to authenticate your identity via:

SMS or PASS App
4) Fill in Your Information
Enter:
Name (이름)
Date of Birth (생년월일)
ARC number (외국인등록번호) if you're a foreign resident
