What you must know before exploring the Olympic Park
Walking and cycling are permitted from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the plaza area remaining accessible until midnight. Vehicle access is allowed between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, entry to the park is restricted for safety reasons, except for the areas of Peace Square and Meeting Square. Vehicles can be rented at the bike rental shop in the Peace Square.
The facility is accessible via Olympic Park Station (Line 5, Exit 3) or Mongchontoseong Station (Line 8, Exit 1).
Parking fees are charged at 600 won for every 10-minute interval for small vehicles. Large vehicles (with 24 or more passengers or over 2.5 tons) require a flat fee of 12,000 won. Discounted rates of 50% are available for light-weight vehicles, cars for people with disabilities, and similar categories.
During large events, parking fees are collected at pre-paid lots, with rates of 5,000 won for small vehicles and 12,000 won for large vehicles, and operating hours may be adjusted accordingly. The entrance to the park is completely free.
