The Hub occupies B2 through 9th floors, featuring:

  • B2: Grand auditorium, seminar rooms, and a studio

  • B1: Metropolitan Job Café including study rooms and AI interview booths

  • 1F: Lobby, reception area, and cafeteria

  • 2-3F: Partner offices and idea rooms

  • 4F: Manager’s office and a relaxation lounge for startup teams

  • 5-8F: Startup working spaces

  • 9F: Innovation Academy and ICT education rooms 


The building is open 24/7 for registered resident startups, with regular business hours for non-resident areas

Support Programs


  1. Entrepreneurship Support

    • Free venue rentals, customized events, mentorship, and business acceleration support.

    • One-on-one online and in-person consultations covering business planning, marketing, IR, taxation, and more.

    • Small expert-led workshops on topics essential for startup growth.

  2. Residential Incubation

    • Offers shared office rooms (4-person ~18 m², 6- and 8-person up to ~38 m²) to around 19 startups at a time.

    • Admission through document review and pitch presentation, with priority points for prior funding, IP registration, and diverse leadership .

  3. Business Commercialization

    • Helps refine business models, KPIs, and pitch decks to elevate readiness for investors 

  4. Employment Support

    • Operates the Metropolitan Job Café (B1), offering job seeker counseling, AI mock interviews, and career coaching .

  5. Wide Range of Programs

    • Regular initiatives include startup mentoring, expert advisory panels, recruitment of field-specific coaches, variety of masterclasses (e.g., PPT skills), mental-health group sessions, and a space-tour opportunities—all tailored through the end of 2025
